REIC houses our highly-trained staff of Portfolio Consultants. Each client is also assigned a Portfolio Consultant, who coordinates the activities of the entire team. The Real Estate Firm (TREF)
TREF is our in-house real estate brokerage. This team of consultants and real estate agents help you find deeply discounted properties in your local market.
They network with agents in your area to locate, research, and analyze the best properties. They then assist you in viewing the properties and successfully negotiating for purchase.
Strategic Lending
One of the most critical components of our investors’ 10-year game plans is being able to purchase multiple homes. Unfortunately, if loans are structured wrong or if the wrong types of loans are used, your ability to finance multiple homes is limited.
Strategic Lending employs a proprietary financing formula which maximizes your ability to finance multiple homes.

The Property Management Company (TPMC)
TPMC manages purchasing real estate in large pools directly from banks, which provide the inventory for our Strait Path Outright product. TPMC also houses our proprietary Compassionate Financing™ program. While other strategies, such as rentals, provide excellent opportunities to lose money, REIC’s Compassionate Financing™ helps people in the community move toward home ownership.
