Kris Krohn – Founder and President of REIC
In college, while others were trying to figure out how to buy a car, Kris Krohn was purchasing real estate. By the time he finished his undergraduate degree, Kris had purchased his 12th property and had formed a number of successful investment companies.
As Kris searched for the best strategy, he tried every type of real estate investing available, including rentals, flips, foreclosures, and others. Through deep research and extensive experience he developed Strait Path™ real estate. Kris formed the REIC and several other supporting businesses to help others implement the proprietary system and achieve financial success. Kris currently owns 407 properties.
He resides in Orem, Utah with his wife, Kalenn, and children Liesel and Kaiser. Learn more about Kris at www.KrisKrohn.com.

While operating this company Steve ventured into real estate investing and found his true passion. In 2004, he sold his painting company and entered the real estate profession full-time.
In 2004, Steve earned his real estate license and, in addition to his own real estate investing, began helping other investors implement some of his own strategies. In early 2008 he earned his real estate broker’s license and started his own real estate brokerage with partner Kris Krohn. Since then, Steve and Kris have developed the Strait Path™ system.
Steve lives with his wife of 18 years and four children in Orem, Utah.
