Hello Friends/OSEs/former BDs.
I know some of you are feeling a little detached and disoriented right now. I want to bring us back together and get some momentum going again, so I am reinstating our Tuesday Teleconferences. Please dial in this Tuesday, June 28th, at 9:00 a.m. Sharon Wahlig will be on the line with us to bring us up to date on recent local developments and to answer questions. The purpose and agenda for these meetings has changed. Instead of being a one hour training meeting, this will be a forum for communicating, updating, and collaborating about local (Northern Utah) and/or team issues. The meeting will go only as long as necessary. It may be 10 minutes or two hours–whatever is needed. Discussion topics will center on local and/or team-related issues. I will record the meetings as before, and post them as podcasts on this blog. To join the meeting, dial 712-432-0075, then enter participant code 313865#. The playback number for these teleconferences is 712-432-1085, (same access code). The playback will be active until it is recorded over by the next meeting. For now, the meetings will be teleconference only, but we may go back to meeting at a physical location again. I would like to get everyone together face-to-face at least once a month.
Officially, I am holding these meetings for my own sales “team” which consists of all OSE’s and Regional Reps to whom I am designated as “parent” in Infusionsoft. But, these meetings will also serve as a forum for any and all REIC sales people who want to coordinate or collaborate with us on events and other issues. Anyone is invited to join in.
I am going to re-construct this blog as the official site for my own sales team. I will continue to post anything and everything that I think is useful or important on this site, so please continue subscribing to it.

There is only one party scheduled for the Wednesday noon seminar in Orem, and 2 parties for Thanksgiving Point on Thursday.
Can you please put out an appeal to all the local BDs to try and get some people to fill these events?
We don’t want to cancel if at all possible.

Ryan Jaten conducted our OSE training meeting this morning. In this post, I will re-cap some key points he discussed, but I also encourage you to listen to the recording, and to all of the recorded OSE meetings, to update your knowledge as you integrate into the OSE program. To listen to the recording, dial the Teleconference playback number: 209-647-1999, then enter the participant code: 508003#. You will be asked for the recording id#. This is the 13th recording so you will dial 13# to listen to today’s meeting. To listen to previous meetings you will dial recording number that corresponds to the meeting sequence, i.e. for the first recorded meeting, dial 1#, for the second, 2#, and so on.
Today, Ryan commented on the loss of our leaders, Justin Yeates and Chad Wade. He told us that they had been working with him on an incentive program that we will find very exciting and motivating. That plan will be unveiled in our meeting next Monday.
We are moving forward, with as much consistency as possible. If you have questions about events and such. Direct those questions to Christine Graham, the Marketing director, or Ryan Jaten, the VP over marketing.
Ryan asked me to join him, and a few others, for a meeting this Wednesday, wherein we will re-group and plan the details of how to move forward. I will update you after that meeting on anything I can/should tell you, (without stealing the thunder from Monday’s Incentive plan roll-out).
Lastly, the three hour Speaker Training Session that was scheduled from noon until 3:00 today is being postponed–probably until next Monday. You will receive more info about it later this week.
I have been stunned, as I’m sure many of you have been, by Justin and Chad’s passing, but I feel very confident that we are still moving forward, in a big way, with the plans they have put in place. Don’t miss Monday’s Teleconference. It will be a very exciting meeting.

Hello former BDs,
I’m sure most of you know, at this point about the tragic accident that claimed the lives of our new leaders, Chad Wade and Justin Yeates. They went down in a small plane, near Wendover Nevada last Wednesday afternoon.
You probably received emails from them on Friday, as I did. These emails were written in advance and scheduled for distribution on Friday. Similarly, I received a text message from Chad, Justin and Sharon this morning, asking me to remind all former BDs to attend our OSE teleconference call at 10:00 this morning.

I have enjoyed working with you in Business Development. Now I am very excited to move out of my administrative role, into a productive role. I am excited to work with our new leaders, Chad, Justin and Sharon, and I am excited to work with some of you as your regional rep. I feel like we all just received a new lease on life. I believe this OSE program will prove to be the greatest money making opportunity ever offered to us by REIC. This is the real deal. Let’s go make it happen!

Hello Business Developers. We have arrived at a point where it no longer makes sense to run two sales/referral organizations so Business Development is merging into the OSE program. All of your positions will transfer laterally into the corresponding OSE positions.
If you are currently a Regional Developer, you will become a regional Rep. If you have completed all of the requirements to become a Business Developer then you will be an OSE (Outside Sales Executive). If you have not completed all requirements to be a BD you will enter into the new system as an Affiliate. We will have one last Regional Developer meeting at 8:00 Tuesday morning on the Teleconference line. Our last BD training meeting will be Tuesday at 9:00 a.m, also on the Teleconference line. We will not meet in person, either at REIC or at Eben’s Real Estate office in Murray. To join us on the Teleconference Line, call 712-432-0075, then enter the access code, 313865#. Hello BDs. We had our BD meeting at the new location today, ( 5284 S. Commerce Dr. Suite 274-c, Murray, UT ). The facility worked out great for us so we are planning to hold the meeting there next week too. We listened to a training session that Kris Krohn gave for the OSEs.
